By accessing or using MoneylineSolana ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Bot.

2. Service Description

MoneylineSolana is a non-custodial cryptocurrency trading bot for the Solana blockchain. The Bot provides:

• Automated trading execution through Telegram
• Wallet creation and management (non-custodial)
• Market data and analytics
• Token discovery and trading signals

3. Non-Custodial Nature

IMPORTANT: MoneylineSolana is a non-custodial service. This means:

• You retain full control of your private keys
• We cannot access, recover, or control your funds
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials
• Lost private keys cannot be recovered by us

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when required
• Maintain the security of your wallet and credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Bot for illegal activities
• Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions

5. Risks and Disclaimers

5.1 Trading Risks

WARNING: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5.2 Not Financial Advice

Nothing provided by MoneylineSolana constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility.

5.3 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Profits or specific trading outcomes
• Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
• Accuracy of market data or signals
• Protection against all forms of MEV or trading risks

6. Fees

The Bot charges:

• 1% fee on successful trades
• Network transaction fees (paid to Solana network)
• Additional fees may apply for premium features

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Bot for market manipulation
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Bot to trade prohibited or illegal tokens

8. Intellectual Property

All Bot code, designs, and content are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Bot without permission.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Bot is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with GDPR and applicable regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any trading losses
• We are not liable for lost or stolen funds
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneylineSolana from any claims arising from your use of the Bot or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time.

13. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
